General Questions

Can I try the site before I make a purchase?
Yes, you can view our "Free Clips". First, you will need to register and setup an account. After your account is created, click on the "FREE CLIPS" tab. You will be able to view the free clips or download them as Windows Media downloads.
How do I change my e-mail address?
We will change your e-mail address for you. Just click on the "Contact Us" tab to tell us you want to change your e-mail address.

For YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY, you will need to provide the following information for account verification:

  1. Your current VOD registered e-mail address and password.
  2. Your complete name and address.
  3. The LAST 4 DIGITS and expiration date of your Credit Card that you used at VOD.com to make a purchase.
  4. The NEW e-mail address you wish to use as your logon information at VOD.com.
How do I change my password?
Logon to your account and click My Account, then click Personal Preferences.Under "CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD" enter your current password, the new password you wish to use and then confirm your new password. Then click "Change Password".
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the Login page under "Existing Customers" click the link "Click Here if Your Forgot Your Password." You will need to enter your e-mail address and click SEND and your password will be sent to the e-mail address you registered at our site.

How do I use the site?

What are the Personal Preferences?
On the Personal Preferences page you can change your password and update/change your preferences for the mailing list, logon information, content, categories, history, media player, purchase and video description.

Free Minutes

How can I get 10 free minutes?
For NEW USERS - a one-time offer. You will need to register and setup an account. To receive the 10 free minutes you must verify your age.
  1. Enter your e-mail address, password and confirm password.
  2. select a Time Package. Select the 10 minutes FREE Time Package. This is for age verification.
  3. "Age Verification": Enter your billing and credit card information. You also have the option to verify your age by check. This transaction is NOT BILLED if it is a credit card transaction. If you use an online check or a payment method other than a credit card, you will be charged a $1.00 processing fee. After successful age verification, the minutes from the 10 minutes FREE Time Package will be added to your Remaining Time.
The site says "Try Us Free". Why do I need to give credit card information?
Our site requires age verification. This is most easily executed by credit card. All you need to do is select the "$ Ten Minute Free" Time Package, enter your credit card information, and click the "Continue" button. YOU ARE NOT BILLED FOR THIS TRANSACTION if it is a credit card transaction. If you use an online check or a payment method other than a credit card, you will be charged a $1.00 processing fee. Upon successful age verification, the 10 free minutes will be added to your Remaining Time.
